The Role
Lead learning in Key Stage 2 with full responsibility for your class. You’ll plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons, use assessment to drive progress, and establish calm, purposeful routines. With three-form entry, you’ll benefit from shared schemes, model resources and regular year-group planning to help you make rapid impact from day one.
The Candidate
You’re a reflective and organised KS2 ECT who’s ready for full classroom responsibility and eager to learn from feedback.
You should have:
• A degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• QTS or be on track to achieve it by January 2025
• Secure knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment
• Clear communication and effective behaviour management
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
