The Role
This role offers a dedicated Early Careers Teacher the chance to teach either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your strengths and interests. You will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ academic and personal growth, and contribute to a positive school culture. The Candidate
The school is seeking an enthusiastic and reflective Early Careers Teacher who is ready to embrace their first teaching role with confidence and passion.
 
You should have:
  • A degree in Education or a relevant subject area
  • QTS or be working towards achieving it by January 2026
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to develop professionally
