The Role
Roles are available across phases and subjects. You’ll take ownership of your class/classes, plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons, use assessment to drive progress, and contribute to team planning. Schools offer clear behaviour systems, shared resources and supportive leadership so you can focus on great teaching while you settle.
 
The Candidate
You’re an enthusiastic ECT who is reflective, organised and eager to learn from feedback.
You should have:

  • A degree relevant to your phase/subject
  • QTS or be on track to achieve it by January
  • Secure curriculum knowledge and effective behaviour management
  • Clear communication and strong teamwork
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
