The Role
You will lead learning in either Year 2, Year 4 or Year 5. Teach a well sequenced curriculum, build strong routines and use assessment to close gaps. Plan with your year group, share high quality resources and run short interventions for priority pupils. Set purposeful homework, keep families informed and keep accurate records. Safeguarding and consistent behaviour practice are essential.

Classrooms are well resourced, including interactive boards and visualisers. ECTs receive a reduced timetable, protected PPA and regular coaching.
