The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Year 3 ECT to join a vibrant and nurturing school community. The Candidate
The school is looking for an enthusiastic and reflective ECT who is excited to begin their career in Key Stage 2. You should have:


  • A degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to achieve it by September 2025
  • A passion for primary education, particularly the lower Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • The ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to professional development and teamwork

  • Observation and feedback sessions: Structured classroom observations with detailed feedback from your mentor and school leadership.
