The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a KS2 ECT to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school. You will take on responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, with the year group to be decided based on your strengths and preferences. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that support academic progress while fostering creativity, independence, and a love of learning. A supportive senior leadership team and experienced KS2 colleagues will be on hand to guide you through your induction.
 
The Candidate
The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 ECT who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You should have strong curriculum knowledge, a reflective and resilient approach to teaching, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

ECT Induction
